Wholesale Enquiries
If you think our products would be a great fit for your shop, please send us an email with your shop name, location and some info about it so we can send you all the information you need to access our wholesale section. Flat rate shipping does not apply to wholesale orders.
Shipping Policy
We charge $15 flat rate shipping on all retail orders within Canada. If the weight of your order exceeds 5lbs our flat rate charge may no longer apply. If this is the case, you will be notified and given the option to pay the extra postage or cancel your order.
Return Policy
Due to the personal nature of our handmade products we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final. However, if you are absolutely dissatisfied with one of our products please tell us about it, and we'll see if there's something we can work out.
